Thebes
Distributed cloud hosting for Egypt and the GCC.
Visit thebesprotocol.com →Thebes hosts websites and apps on a network of machines that all hold the same copy. If one machine goes down, the others keep the site running. The owner has no server to update or secure.
A site and its data are hosted together, so there is no separate database to set up. Changes are confirmed in about 200 milliseconds and signed with post-quantum cryptography.
Thebes now hosts more than 1,500 websites and full-stack smart contracts. Developers write in Rust or Motoko.
Our researchers in residence built Thebes at Mercatura Forum.
